Individual Coaching Sessions
Coaching can be done on an individual basis through 60 minute sessions.
Group Coaching Sessions
Coaching can also be done as a Group.

Group coaching is ideal with a 4-8 participants all within the same company looking to achieve similar goals.

For example, leadership training or coaching to earn an incentive trip. The group will meet once a week via tele-conference. Each participant will have an opportunity to be coached on an individual basis as well as benefit from the group discussions and dynamics.

Group coaching is usually based on a specific topic or goal and is usually a one month commitment. Once the initial 30 days is up, the group may decide to continue coaching for a longer period of time or begin a new topic.
